1. As part of the documents, the car dealership fills out Form 20; private employees must submit Form 60 (Working Certificate) and an employee ID.
2. After this process, readers can select the "BH" series, pay the required fees along with the motor vehicle tax online.
3. After all of this is completed, the RTO will verify eligibility of the application and approve the application. Once approved, the applicants receive your BH series number plate.
