About Fatty Liver
The accumulation of fat in the liver is essentially known as fatty liver.  As the accumulation worsens, the liver eventually becomes more than 60% fat.  This severely increases the body's risk of inflammation, cirrhosis, etc.  When addressed promptly, lifestyle modifications such as diet and exercise can help reverse the issue.

According to the Hepatology international journal's Asian Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver guidelines, fatty liver is a growing health issue that can be lessened with the use of specific lifestyle modifications.

According to the study:

The most evidence-based dietary pattern recommended to treat MAFLD is the Mediterranean diet, which includes a higher intake of monounsaturated and omega-3 fatty acids and a lower intake of refined carbs and sugars.  Lean proteins, seafood, and modest amounts

of dairy, eggs, and chicken are also included in the Mediterranean diet.

According to the authors, individuals with MAFLD who follow a diet high in whole grains, nuts and seeds, fruits and vegetables, and olive oil are at lower risk for type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, liver fat, and fibrosis.  "As little as 135 minutes (over two hours) per week may be effective," they stated.

In addition to aerobic exercise, the authors suggested resistance, or weight, training two to three days a week because of its significant effects on lean mass, bone mass, blood pressure, and glycemic management.

Roshan continues to discuss various lifestyle adjustments that have kept her in shape and helped her reduce weight.  She once discussed how she stays active and stylish at night and how she takes care of her skin.  She explained that before going to bed, she makes a relaxing setting, eats her dinner early, and drinks herbal tea.
