After many sources revealed that atlee will be collaborating with salman khan on his upcoming project—which was expected to be a historical drama with salman playing a significant part—Salman Khan fans were ecstatic.  Their hopes and emotions were dashed, though, when atlee decided to replace salman khan with allu arjun because no production company was willing to fund the movie with Salman.
 
Salman's followers waged an online assault against sun Pictures and atlee, despite the tragic fact that producers were hesitant to invest in him.  This social media uproar resulted from sun Pictures agreeing to invest in the project, which allu arjun was spearheading.  Salman supporters are continuously criticizing atlee and sun Pictures and launching online boycott campaigns for misusing salman khan in order to generate drama and excitement.  Additionally, many assert that atlee selected allu arjun over salman khan despite having promised to collaborate with him following his Baby john appearance.
 
The turmoil between atlee and sun Productions has infuriated salman Khan's fans, who are already dealing with a lot of criticism for his next movie, Sikandar.  Is salman khan becoming less valuable in the indian film industry as Sikandar struggles with poor advertising and promo quality?
