Nearly four weeks after its initial hindi release, the telugu dubbing of the vicky kaushal and rashmika mandanna film Chhaava, which was directed by Laxman Utekar under Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films, was made available. The film achieved early success in spite of its delayed release. The telugu version was distributed by geetha Film Distributors.

With a first-day revenue of 2.9 Cr+, the telugu film starts its blockbuster adventure.  Given its delayed debut, Day 1's remarkable response demonstrates how quickly Chhaava has connected with and won over telugu viewers. These sorts of movies typically do better when local celebrities provide the voices of the main characters.  Nonetheless, the film was dubbing by expert dubbing artists, and the excellent dubbing quality paid off since the audience felt as though they were seeing the original.

With no significant competition this week, the film is expected to have a successful run in the telugu states, according to the trends. By drawing attention to the hardships Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj faced throughout his rule, Chhaava has generated national attention and restored him to his status as a national hero.  If anyone was unaware of him, they are now, as he endured torture at the hands of Aurangzeb, the Mughal Emperor.  Prime Minister Narendra Modi has praised the film, children have been crying at theaters, and young people have been singing slogans.
