Another notable transaction was an 885 sq ft unit on the same floor, sold for ₹2.85 crore with a ₹14.25 lakh stamp duty, also including a designated parking spot.

Given her growing global footprint, it is speculated that the actress might be focusing more on expanding her properties overseas, particularly in the United States, where she resides with her husband, singer Nick Jonas.
