Among the sold units, three are situated on the 18th floor, while one is on the 19th floor of the building. The most expensive sale was a 1,075 sq ft apartment on the 18th floor, which went for ₹3.45 crore, accompanied by a ₹17.26 lakh stamp duty, inclusive of one parking space. Another notable transaction was an 885 sq ft unit on the same floor, sold for ₹2.85 crore with a ₹14.25 lakh stamp duty, also including a designated parking spot.

This strategic sale has sparked curiosity about Priyanka’s future plans regarding her real estate portfolio. Given her growing global footprint, it is speculated that the actress might be focusing more on expanding her properties overseas, particularly in the United States, where she resides with her husband, singer Nick Jonas.
