Between deepika padukone and rashmika mandanna, the competition to become the highest-grossing bollywood film ever to reach ₹500 crore has intensified. Often referred to as the bollywood box office queen, deepika has been in control thanks to two ₹500 crore hits, Jawan and Pathaan, which were released in 2023–2024 after COVID. rashmika is set to surpass this record, though. After Animal and pushpa 2: The Rule, Chhaava, her most recent film, is probably going to surpass the ₹500 crore milestone, making it her third. This puts rashmika in a prime position to overtake deepika and become the first indian actress to have three films worth ₹500 crore.
 
Beyond these hits, rashmika dominates the movie office.  She has now become a bankable celebrity by delivering successful movies like Pushpa: The Rise and Varisu.  With films like Sikandar on the schedule, she will reach a ₹100 crore grosser by adding seven more to her total.  Rashmika's quick ascent suggests a shift in Bollywood's power dynamics, even if deepika is still in the lead with about ₹10,000 crore at the international box office.  It remains to be seen if she remains there, but rashmika is now expected to overtake deepika as the box office leader in Bollywood.
 
 Rashmika would further establish her supremacy in bollywood if her next movies continue to bring in 500 Cr.  The business is keeping a close eye on her because of her rising fame and consecutive hits.  This fight for box office dominance is one of the most thrilling rivalries in bollywood as deepika is simultaneously working on her own slate of extremely expensive films.  Fans are anxiously awaiting the next big-budget film that may tip the scales in favor of either actress, and the race for the 500 Cr grossers is far from done.
