Women's Day: Vijay extends wishes-change is necessary!

While wishing all tamil Nadu women a happy international Women's Day, TVK leader Vijay expressed worries over their safety.

With guns aimed at the ruling regime, he attacked the DMK administration, saying it has misled voters and failed to safeguard women. He emphasized the necessity of change and gave his word that, as they cooperate for a better future, things will become better by 2026.

"Today is international Women's Day, and I cannot let this day pass without extending my wishes to all the mothers, sisters, and friends of tamil Nadu," Vijay stated in the video message posted on his social media accounts. I wish you all the very best on this memorable day!

"Happiness comes when we feel safe and secure, isn't it?" the actor-turned-politician said in reference to women's safety in the state. But can we really be content when there is only insecurity and no safety? I am aware that many of you are considering this right now. Regretfully, we only now recognize that the DMK government, which we all hoped to elect, has failed us.

"But keep in mind, everything can change," Vijay continued, urging change. Don't worry, we will unite in 2026 to effect change and overthrow the administration that failed to protect women. Let's take action on Women's Day to address it. I promise you all one again that I will always be your son, brother, and friend.
