People are not satisfied with the modifications Netflix appears to be making to their canceling user interface. The straight cancellation button was replaced by a more subdued button on the platform. A concealed drop-down button is now used to cancel. Users could find the old button and system more easily, but the new system is confusing folks. Some individuals were forced to continue their membership for an additional month since they were unable to cancel their plans right away. However, Netflix is a well-known, trustworthy, and global platform that does not have a reputation for deceiving users into continuing to use their services.

Since they ultimately don't want customers to choose to cancel, no OTT platform makes the cancellation option prominent.  For that reason, Netflix kept the button hidden and out of sight.  However, users' ire is also warranted.  However, this alteration does not deceive or defraud them.  However, it is more focused on their understanding of their alternatives and how to use them.

Customers who unintentionally paid auto-renewal fees have been especially critical of Netflix India's latest decision to disable the cancel button.  The lack of accountability is still a major issue, even though this user interface change may be in line with the rest of the industry.  Netflix has become reliant on subscriptions, much like other platforms, but it's obvious that, like everything else, limiting cancellations is more about profit than providing customer support.  Unexpectedly, those who disregard Netflix India's announcement on the cancel button may have to pay for an additional month of service.

Paying clients should try to create their accounts appropriately and make sure they follow the correct method to cancel in order to protect themselves from being charged unnecessary fees.  If the frustration continues to grow, Netflix may need to consider redesigning the user interface in order to satisfy indian consumers.
