The united states, led by President Donald Trump, has issued a warning against traveling to the near area of the India-Pakistan border and the Line of Control in a recent development that raises concerns about the security at the border. Because of terrorism and the possibility of armed conflict in the provinces of khyber pakhtunkhwa and balochistan, the united states has issued this advisory. All the information you require on the advisory is provided here.

The travel warning was released by the US State Department on Friday.  People should "reconsider travel to pakistan due to terrorism and the potential for armed conflict," according to the alert.

Travel advisory asks Americans to not travel to...
Because of terrorism, the travel alert advises Americans to avoid countries in khyber pakhtunkhwa and balochistan, including the erstwhile Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).  Additionally, it warns against traveling near the Line of Control and the India-Pakistan border because of the risk of military conflict and terrorism.

"In pakistan, violent extremist organizations are still planning assaults.  Attacks by terrorists are common in khyber pakhtunkhwa and balochistan provinces, including the erstwhile FATA.  Small-scale terrorist acts are common, and large-scale attacks have claimed many lives.

"In addition to local military and police targets, indiscriminate attacks on civilians have resulted from terrorism and continuous bloodshed by extremist elements.  Targeting transportation hubs, markets, shopping malls, military sites, airports, universities, tourist attractions, schools, hospitals, places of worship, and government buildings, terrorists may strike with little to no notice.  The advice noted that US ambassadors and diplomatic buildings have previously been the target of terrorist attacks.

US Advisory on Pakistan-India Border Crossing Point
The "Vicinity of Line of Control Level 4: Do Not Travel" advice stated that "for any reason, do not travel to the India-Pakistan border, including areas along the Line of Control."  The region is known to be home to militant organizations.  On both sides of the border, india and pakistan have sizable military forces.

Update on Pakistan-India border crossing point
"The punjab province, which lies between Wagah, pakistan, and Atari, india, is the sole authorized crossing point for those who are neither indian nor Pakistani citizens.  Before starting their journey, travelers are encouraged to verify the border crossing's status.  To enter india, one needs an indian visa, and there are no visa services at the border.

"Level 4: Do Not Travel" is the travel advice for the province of Balochistan.

"For whatever reason, avoid going to the province of Balochistan.  "Deadly terrorist attacks against civilians, religious minorities, government offices, and security forces have been carried out by extremist groups, including an active separatist movement," the statement stated.
