Mookuthi Amman 2, Nayanthara's highly regarded follow-up to Mookuthi Amman, was filmed today after a pooja ceremony yesterday. The film was directed by Sundar C.  Ishari K. Ganesh, the film's producer, disclosed in his address during the pooja ceremony that sundar c finished the writing for the movie in just 30 days.
 
He added that Mookuthi Amman 2, which is expected to be a true pan-Indian film, is being produced on a budget of more than ₹100 crores.  In order to prepare for her role as Amman, Nayanthara is fasting for a month.  Many people on social media are wondering why balaji -Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>rj balaji was not invited to the puja ceremony after Ishari K. Ganesh's speech went viral.  Some people think that if he had directed Mookuthi Amman 2, it would have been an obvious hit because he built the Mookuthi Amman universe in the first place.
 
However, because he mostly produces cringeworthy masala flicks, sundar c is not regarded as a potential director.  Furthermore, Nayanthara's most recent movies have fallen short of expectations.  Tamil viewers believe that this project is not worth the 100 crores that were spent on it.  Nevertheless, Mookuthi Amman 2 is Sundar C's biggest film to date.  We'll have to wait and watch if it becomes a huge hit and contributes to Nayanthara's successful return.
