One of the most anticipated movies, Shah Rukh Khan's King, is supposedly scheduled for release the following year.  However, it appears that the most recent upgrade may cause a delay.  Notably, King's filming has been delayed to june from its original start date of this month.  The reason is that siddharth Anand, the filmmaker, is editing the script to make it larger and better than SRK's previous movies.

The producers still hope to release it in 2026, though, and Siddharth's firm, Marflix, has partnered with red Chillies Entertainment to bring a fantastic performer to the big screen that will appeal to a wide range of viewers.  However, by withholding several elements about the movie, the producers have managed to maintain the audience's enthusiasm.  Alongside SRK, Suhana Khan and Abhay Verma will play significant parts in King.

The main query, though, is why the filming has been postponed.  Since SRK has already stated in previous interviews that the movie will be action-packed, production shouldn't take too long.  It might not have all of the gripping action scenes that we saw in Pathaan.

The general purpose of the film is to draw large audiences to the theater.  They aren't quite as good as james Cameron's Avatar, yet in spite of that, the producers haven't kept their promise to begin filming on a specific date.  If this keeps on, eventually the thrill may wear off and the movie will fail.  With any luck, there won't be any delays and the movie will be available in theaters by the following year.
