Jennie from the well-known K-Pop group Blackpink recently hinted to a new song, which generated a lot of excitement on social media. However, it appears that the song has caused controversy in Prime Video India. Some people thought the little teaser for the song "Like Jennie" sounded a lot like a song from "Rocky Aur rani Ki prem Kahani."
 
 It is the movie's alia bhatt theme song.  Additionally, a picture of alia from the film was uploaded to Prime Video with the message, "BLACKPINK fans, we bet you can hear this image."  There are strong calls to boycott Prime Video because fans saw it as an insult to Jennie and Blackpink.

In response to the massive social media backlash, Prime Video removed the post.  Fans remain irate on the platform, though.  Numerous social media posts are calling on Prime Video india to issue an apology to Jennie.  Many claim that Jennie is not guilty of plagiarism and that a slight resemblance is nothing out of the ordinary.  However, some claim that Prime Video did not disparage the performer; rather, it took offense and turned it into a meme. social media wars have begun!
