Joseph and Anthony Russo confirmed that they would be returning to india for Avengers.  In 2019, the director-duo directed Avengers: Endgame, the last Avengers film.  Since then, people have been asking Joseph, also known as Joe, and Anthony, for an update on the new Avengers: Doomsday titles.  The Russo brothers discussed their passion for india and their intentions to visit the nation to promote the next Avenger movies in an exclusive interview with india Herald.

Talking about their obsession with india, Anthony said, “We absolutely love india and I miss my food in india very much! I was really hoping we would come back there to promote The Electric State. It didn’t work out.”

However, Joe added that they plan to visit mumbai soon. He stated, “We'll be back for Avengers, I promise. We'll be back in mumbai for Avengers.”

Actor Millie bobby Brown from Stranger Things also appears in the Netflix streaming series The Electric State.  Few people are aware that Millie first encountered the Russo brothers on the set of an Avengers movie when she was thirteen.
 
Anthony recalled that encounter by saying, "I adore Stranger Things Season 1."  My daughter and I both adored it when we binge-watched it all in one weekend.  In fact, at the time, my daughter was Millie's age.  During the filming of Stranger Things Season 2, I invited the Duffer brothers to come see them on site, where my daughter and I eventually met Millie.  Everyone became buddies once I met her father.  They have been our family friends for years now.  Because we feel like we are a part of their family and she is a part of ours, we were thrilled to get the chance to work with Millie on a strong female character.
