In this case, the victims have complained that when the second phase of Ansal started in 2011, they decided to buy a plot in the second phase after seeing the beauty of the first phase and only after that they invested money in different properties of Ansal. But now almost a decade and a half is about to end and people are still wandering from door to door to get their plot.


Ansal sold the same land two to three times

According to the different FIRs registered, Ansal took money from some people but started making excuses for giving possession, neither did the registry and returned the money when asked for the money.
