After making her cinematic debut in tamil with "Mugamoodi," pooja hegde went on to become well-known in telugu and Hindi.  She is now once more concentrating on tamil films.  She made a comeback to tamil cinema with Vijay's "Beast," and she most recently acted in a distinctive part in karthik Subbaraj's "Retro," which starred Suriya.  She is now performing in Vijay's "Janaganamana," and she will appear in a special song in Rajinikanth's next movie, "Coolie."
 
For the first time, pooja hegde has dubbed in tamil for "Retro."  She received extensive preparation for this, the film crew disclosed. santhosh narayanan is the composer of the soundtrack for "Retro," which is scheduled for release on May 1. Pooja Hegde said in a recent interview that she was taken aback when karthik Subbaraj asked her to play the lead.  She revealed, "When karthik Sir offered me Retro, I was taken aback.  I was quite honored to be considered for the job, which is entirely different from my typical image.  I knew I had to put my all into it.
 
Retro, which is produced by jyothika and Suriya under their own company, will be released on May 1, 2025.  Director karthik Subbaraj said that Suriya was very pleased with the finished product and was particularly pleased with pooja Hegde's genuine performance. The movie has created a lot of hype.
