Yesterday, Nadaniyaan was made available on Netflix, and it has gone viral online—for all the wrong reasons.  Nadaniyaan, which stars Khushi Kapoor and Ibrahim ali Khan, makes a valiant effort to win student of the year and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, but ultimately fails miserably.  Viewers are not impressed at all, according to their comments on X.
The end credits, which acknowledged the crew behind the camera, were the most inventive part of Nadaniyaan.  Nothing else seemed to catch the audience's attention.  Some viewers thought the primary couple's on-screen romance was so artificial that it inadvertently turned humorous.
Others said that the actors portraying the parents were the only ones who really stood out.  Old cliches and so-called Gen Z "vibes" abound in the movie, although no true Gen Zer truly abides by them.  Some even apologized for their criticism of the celebrity kids of the 2000s, claiming that the current generation is worse than the worst of that age.  Nadaniyaan attempts to be a comedy, a love story, and a Gen Z adaptation of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, but it ultimately falls short of all three.  Despite having his father's DNA, Ibrahim ali Khan still has a ways to go as an actor.

Khushi Kapoor, whose third movie is Nadaniyaan, still has a lot of maturing to do.  They ought to have concentrated on honing the newcomers' acting abilities rather than trying to make the movie appear idyllic and picture-perfect, with every college student's hair in its proper position.  That could have, at least partially, saved the story.  They could establish themselves in the future if they put in enough effort to improve their abilities and work with better directors and projects.  However, we will have to wait and see about that.
