When compared to the release dates of other movies on any OTT platform, Daaku Maharaaj's arrival on Netflix last month was premature.  Given its genre and Nandamuri Balakrishna's leading part, it was anticipated that it will begin trending on the site.  But since it is still a long way from surpassing Lucky Baskhar's viewing records, things have been different.  Notably, Daaku Maharaaj received 2.4 million views at its initial release, with a little increase to 2.6 million in the second week.

The movie has managed to secure a spot among the top ten non-English films that debuted on Netflix before the start of this month, despite the poor viewership.  Daaku Maharaaj defeated yami gautam and Pratik Gandhi's dhoom Dhaam, despite not being able to defeat Lucky Baskhar, because the latter had only received 2.5 million views.  Daaku Maharaaj, on the other hand, continues to hold the top rank in over three countries.

With 11.70 million views, Lucky Baskhar has maintained a very high level.  In just two weeks, Daaku Maharaaj has amassed a surprisingly larger viewership than Mahesh Babu's guntur Kaaram, which has received 4.9 million views.  Additionally, it has supplanted the records created by Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, Amaran, Savi, Rifle Club, Salaar, indian 2, Devara, and Hi Nanna.  Given that NBK's film has achieved a respectable number of viewers, it is unclear if Netflix will acquire the streaming rights to akhanda 2. If so, the audience figures may be comparable to or even higher than those of Lucky Baskhar.
