Disha Salian's father, Satish Salian, the late manager of the late actor sushant singh rajput, has stated that his daughter did not commit suicide but rather that it was a murder as she had no injuries that would have been expected from a fall from a building's thirteenth storey.
 
"Based on the investigation, I believe it was a murder," stated Satish Salian in an exclusive interview with Arnab Goswami, Editor-in-Chief of Republic media Network.  When a body falls from that height, no damage should be sustained.  We should see how clean her body was and how uninjured she was despite falling from such a height.

Her father, Satish Salian, had questioned why there was not a single mark of blood on the ground or her clothing after she fell from the fourteenth story, according to Nilesh Ojha, the petitioner and counsel in the Disha Salian case.
 
More significantly, Nilesh Ojha claims that Disha's body, which the family got following the post-mortem for her last rites, was free of facial, head, and body injuries—all of which are necessary in the event of a fall. The lawyer said that other injuries, including a head injury, were recorded in the post-mortem report.

In response to Arnab's question about why his (Satish Salian's) stance on the issue in 2022 differed from his current stance and whether he was under any outside pressure, Satish Salian stated that he was not under any external pressure, but rather that his mind had been manipulated to the point where he trusted the police.
 
When questioned if he had any doubts about the police's involvement, Satish Salian said that they had told him it was a suicide, and at first, he accepted them because he thought the police were telling the truth.

The petitioner in this case, advocate Nilesh Ojha, also mentioned that Satish Salian becomes upset when discussing his daughter's plight.  His statement states that he was under the psychological virtual custody of Aaditya Thackeray's followers and Rohan Rai, the fiancé of Disha Salian.  According to reports, mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar went to his home and put pressure on him, promising that his daughter's reputation would not be damaged if he lodged a complaint against Nitesh Rane and Narayan Rane.  It is said that a Chembur resident brought a draft complaint to his home, got his signature, and filed a formal complaint.

But when Satish Salian came forward after being placed in psychiatric custody, he discovered that the police had made up the tale that Disha had jumped from the building, according to Nilesh Ojha.  According to him, every injury included in the report was a fabrication.
 
Ojha claims that in addition to other eyewitnesses, he is one of them.
 
The attorney said that the channel is not allowed to reveal further information to the public. These particulars have been kept private and will be sent to the high court in a sealed envelope.

In an interview with Republic media Network, Disha's father asserted that the murders of his daughter and the late actor sushant singh rajput were connected and asked for an investigation.
