Bangalore on hold..!? karnataka Bandh Protest..!?

On Saturday, march 22, the 12-hour shutdown called by kannada organizations in karnataka completely disrupted normal life across the state, bringing all the busy areas of the capital Bangalore to a standstill. The main reason for the shutdown, which took place from 6 am to 6 pm, was the attack on a karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) driver in the Belagavi area of the neighboring state of Maharashtra. A state-wide protest was held to protest the violent incident. It was alleged that the karnataka driver was attacked because he did not know Marathi. The Marathi-Kannada language issue occasionally flares up on the northern border of karnataka, but now the attack and the complete shutdown have become the burden.

While the city of Bengaluru is always bustling, the impact of this complete shutdown has completely paralyzed the busy life of the people. Roads and public places were deserted without people moving. However, the impact of this complete shutdown is not the same across the state of Karnataka. Normal activities are continuing in some areas, especially in the interior areas far from the central areas. But most of the companies and factories across the state are closed today. Protests were also held in various places including Tumkur and Belagavi, and the protest video is going viral on the internet.

Also, reports suggest that transport buses coming from maharashtra have been sent back to the karnataka state border. The intensity of this protest is slightly higher in the maharashtra and karnataka border areas. Which services will operate and which will not operate during the complete shutdown in Bengaluru?
