Via X on Sunday, maharashtra chief minister devendra fadnavis unveiled a Rs. 1100 crore plan for the construction of the Shri Kshetra Trimbakeshwar Temple. This initiative sought to improve the temple's infrastructure and get Nashik ready for the next Kumbh Mela. To guarantee a better experience for devotees, this plan also calls for the construction of roads, bridges, and water purification.

Fadnavis highlighted the significance of the Trimbakeshwar temple as one of Lord Shiva's twelve Jyotirlingas and provided information about the development plans in an X post.
