According to authorities, a man in rohtak, Haryana, kidnapped his tenant after learning that he was having an affair with his wife. He was then buried alive in a 7-foot-deep grave in a field, with the assistance of his pals. The yoga instructor was murdered in december of last year, but the body was found on monday after the police detained the suspect after a protracted investigation.

According to officials, Hardeep discovered that jagdeep, a yoga instructor at baba Mastnath university in rohtak and a tenant in part of his home, was allegedly having an affair with his wife. In Pantavas hamlet of Charkhi Dadri, he paid some villagers to build a 7-foot-deep pit, claiming it was for a borewell, and then he waited.

After returning from work on december 24, Hardeep and a few of his buddies abducted jagdeep, who was originally from Mandothi village in the Jhajjar district.  When the group led jagdeep to the hole in Charkhi Dadri, he was beaten and had his wrists and legs bound.

After they arrived, Hardeep and his companions filled the pit with muck to bury jagdeep alive and taped his mouth shut to prevent him from making any sounds.

Investigation

On january 3, ten days following the murder, a missing person's complaint was submitted to the shivaji Colony police station.  A while back, the police had no leads before accessing Jagdeep's call logs. However, they discovered sufficient evidence to apprehend Hardeep and his companion Dharampal.

Following their arrest and court appearance, police officers questioned the two men, who then disclosed the specifics of the murder.

Exactly three months after the murder, on monday, march 24, the body was found.

"Other defendants in the case will shortly be taken into custody as well. "The post-mortem has been completed, and we are awaiting the report," stated kuldeep Singh, the officer in charge of the Crime Investigation Agency.
