A beautiful village in the picturesque hills of northern italy is providing a generous incentive to anyone who would like to call it home to revitalize dying villages. An incredible offer is being made by the authorities: a free house and a grant of Rs 92 lakh, but there is a catch.

Whole communities have been abandoned due to population declines worldwide, especially in nations like italy and Japan. Once prosperous rural settlements are now fighting to exist as a result of the migration of many former residents to busy urban centers.

Several governments have started programs to draw in new citizens by providing financial assistance and the opportunity to purchase real estate to buck this trend. Although Italy's €1 house programs have garnered attention in the past, this most recent offer is much more generous.

Both Italian nationals and foreigners are eligible for this opportunity, but there is a catch.  Candidates must promise to stay on the land for at least ten years.  They will be required to refund the full grant amount if they want to depart early and don't meet these criteria.

33 communities in Trentino are included in this big project; all of them have been struggling with depopulation. The government wants to revitalize these quaint communities as there are empty houses and no communal activity.  It is anticipated that the project would draw people and families who are ready to live a peaceful life amid northern Italy's stunning scenery.
