Before Eid, this fanatic Muslim country is in trouble!

In the last days of Ramadan, instead of preparing for Eid, people in syria are struggling with power crisis and darkness. syria, which was once counted among the most developed countries in the world, is in complete crisis today. The long-running political and military situation in the country has made the lives of common people even more difficult. Especially, this time in the month of Ramadan, when the Muslim community awaits the happiness of Eid with the family after breaking their fast, every day of this month is proving to be a new challenge for millions of families in Syria.

In most areas of syria, like Damascus and Dara, darkness prevails as soon as the sun sets. There is no electricity in the streets, neighborhoods, markets and homes. People are unable to charge mobile phones, the food kept in the fridge gets spoiled and the night time passes in darkness. All this is due to the lack of electricity, because in syria government electricity is available only for two hours, which is not enough.

Serious impact of power crisis

The people of syria are not able to do much even in these two hours. The things kept in the refrigerator get spoiled quickly, the mobile battery runs out, and nothing is left in the house except darkness. Like Rana, millions of people in the country are facing these problems. They do not have money to install solar panels or private generators.

Emergency-like situation in Syria

According to the Associated Press, every day such a situation prevails in this country as if there is an emergency. people are troubled by shortage of ration, water problem and power crisis. According to the United Nations, 90% of the people of syria are living in poverty and the two hours of electricity provided by the Syrian government is of no use.

Recently, the head of Syria's new interim government, ahmed al-Shara, has made efforts to solve this crisis, but these are only temporary solutions. Despite importing gas from qatar and getting oil from Kurdish-dominated areas, there has been no significant relief in the power crisis. This situation persists throughout the country.

Eid atmosphere and hope for electricity

As Eid approaches, Syrians prepare for the festival in their traditional ways, but their minds are not at peace due to lack of electricity and security threats. If this situation continues, then the people of syria will be forced to celebrate Eid in darkness and crisis.
