During an 80 kg deadlift last year, rakul preet singh injured his back. The actor acknowledged that she isn't yet at her best, even though she is currently recovering and returning to work. She went on to say that she learned to slow down and let go of things that were out of her control because of her injuries.
 
On Saturday, march 29, the de de pyaar de actor joined FDCI in the Magnum Lounge at the ongoing Lakme fashion Week.  She provided an update on her health there. "The injuries caused a significant setback. It seems like four months have passed, yet I still haven't reached my full potential. Although I still need to exercise extreme caution in many situations, each day gets better. It teaches you to slow down sometimes because you think everything is going your way and you set deadlines, and then something like this occurs," she told ANI.
 
I recall that I gave up within the first week. After I told myself that it would take its own time and that I had to be willing to let go of some things and professional obligations, I recovered better and finished filming my movie. It was a challenge to get through each day, but I believe it only serves to highlight how unpredictable life is," she continued.
 
Rakul said that one should be thankful for the little things in life, like tying shoelaces or simply enjoying coffee in bed.

Speaking about her injuries, she disclosed that it was an exercise accident rather than a dietary problem. rakul emphasized the importance of listening to one's body, citing the five days that her body had been expressing discomfort. She felt unjustified, nevertheless, in canceling work due to back pain because she was shooting. Rather, she continued to work while taking painkillers. She went on to say that it was crucial to keep everything in balance and suggested taking good care of oneself.
