A common issue that affects people of all ages and genetic backgrounds is hair loss. The causes could be anything from weather to environment to lifestyle. However, did you know that you may overcome this haircare problem with just one hack? One essential kitchen item can help with hair loss issues, according to hairdresser Jawed Habib.

Jawed offered a tip to encourage hair development in an interview with Galatta india that was uploaded to YouTube on march 15.  He recommended massaging your scalp with onion juice.

Onion Juice to promote Hair Growth?
Jawed Habib said that all oil advertisements that promise to grow back hair are frauds and advised using onions, a common kitchen component, in place of hair oils or other hair growth treatments to encourage hair development.  "Remove the juice from an onion and massage it into your hair, just like you would with hair oil," he advised.  You will see effects if you do this twice a week.  Your hair can regrow with the help of the onion peel.  Use this on your entire brain.

According to the hairstylist, onion juice only lasts for five minutes.  Take a fresh onion and squeeze its juice.  It should be capable of making you cry and smell strongly of onions.  "What you can use in the kitchen, you can use in your bathroom," he continued.  He concluded by saying that 99 percent of people would be able to grow their hair back thanks to the hack.

How to Apply Hair Oil?
Jawed also demonstrated how to properly oil your hair in the video.  The hairstylist then went on to outline the procedures one should follow both before and after oiling their hair, emphasizing how crucial it is to apply oil to damp hair.  First, according to Jawed, one should wet their hair with lukewarm water—that is, water that isn't too hot or cold.  Apply oil to your hair once it has been wet.
