F1, the high-octane, high-stakes, high-speed, and likely high-blood-pressure film directed by Joseph Kosinski, the man behind 2022's titanic Top Gun: Maverick, is one of the year's most anticipated films.  We're able to tell you everything there is to know about the first ten minutes of the movie thanks to Britta DeVore of Collider, who is reporting from CinemaCon 2025 in Las Vegas.  And judging by the way things are going, viewers will have a great summer.

Before we switch to Brad Pitt's Sonny waking up in his van to a five-minute call from a crewmate, the loud, action-packed video shows a yellow race vehicle tearing down the circuit.  He prepares for the day with a brief set of pull-ups before quietly concentrating as he exits the van.  As the pit crew scrambles to get the car ready, Sonny, wearing a helmet and earphones, gets ready to take over from the previous driver. Determined to make up lost time, he rushes onto the track as soon as he gets behind the wheel.  As he maneuvers through the competition, he trades paint and works his way up to the top.  Sonny transfers his responsibilities to a teammate for a much-needed rest following a strenuous run.

Confetti starts flying shortly after, marking a victory for Sonny and his group.  The jubilation, however, is short-lived as Sonny plots his next course of action and encounters an old friend (played by Javier Bardem), who unexpectedly offers to let him join his team.  According to what we currently know, Pitt will assist the young driving prodigy played by Damson Idris by joining the APX team on the Formula 1 grid.  What follows?  Who knows?
