American arrested for trespassing in andaman tribal area..!?

The CID police have arrested an American for trespassing in a tribal area in the andaman and Nicobar Islands, where outsiders are prohibited from entering. A large number of tribal people live near Dharmukli Island in the South andaman region of the andaman and Nicobar Islands.
