'India To Fulfill Aspirations Of Island Country's tamil Minority'
Top minister Narendra Modi on saturday called on Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake to fulfill the aspirations of the island kingdom's tamil minority and to conduct elections to provincial councils.
