According to Manoj Tiwary, ms dhoni should have retired following CSK's IPL 2023 championship victory and is currently gradually losing the admiration of supporters.  Chennai is having trouble in the league this season, and dhoni, who is still an essential member of the CSK lineup, has not had any impact.
 
Fans and analysts have questioned Dhoni's batting stance even though he has scored 76 runs in the four games thus far.  On Saturday, april 5, the CSK legend hit 30 runs off 26 balls as chennai succumbed to DC for the third consecutive game.  Tiwary told Cricbuzz that he thought dhoni should retire at the 2023 final.  "The fans have begun to turn on the CSK legend, which is a sign that the magic isn't working anymore," the former india cricket player remarked.
 
"I think the right time for him to retire was in 2023, when he won the IPL trophy. He should have retired then. Somewhere, I feel that all the fame, name, and respect he earned from cricket — it's kind of slipping away in the last two years with the way he's been playing."

"He's losing his spark, and fans can't stand to see him like this.  "After the last game, the way fans turned out on the streets and gave interviews against him should have been a sign that it's not working anymore," Tiwary added, referring to the trust he had earned over the years, particularly in the hearts of chennai fans.
