Actress rakul preet singh used social media on World health Day to promote a few simple yet powerful daily routines that can greatly enhance general health.
 
Rakul urged her followers to put their health and wellness first by stressing the value of leading a healthy lifestyle and providing them with easy-to-implement advice. The Thank god actress highlighted the value of making thoughtful decisions in her most recent instagram post, from reading to nourishing the body with healthy food.


Rakul urged her fans to engage with nature, calling it an indescribable pleasure, and recommended playing a sport, golf being her personal favorite.  She also emphasized the benefits of meditation, suggesting that five minutes a day be enough to bring the mind, body, and soul into harmony.
 

Sharing a series of her photos, rakul wrote a note that read, “It’s world health day and here are few easy things that you can implement in your life as daily practices. Fuel up with wholesome and mindful choices. read and expand your mind, find peace. connect with Nature, it’s a feeling I cannot describe pick any sport of your choice .. mine is golf meditate to Calm yourself and find a balance of mind body soul .. just 5 minutes in a day will bring bigggggg changes be a goooof and keep smiling cos Happiness is the best medicine for a healthier you.” (sic)
