A well-known figure in the South indian cinema business, sai pallavi is also making significant strides around the country. Her most recent appearance was with naga chaitanya in the love drama Thandel. Her admirers are fully aware that she avoids wearing short dresses and makeup. However, not everyone is aware of the horrific event that led to these choices.
 
She revealed that she once went to a tango dance while wearing shorts while she was a student in Georgia.  Her parents were also informed that the photos that were shared that day had been trolled.  She made the decision that day to never do something that would subsequently cause her to feel ashamed.  She thinks that a person's choice of clothing is their own.
