Tahawwur Hussain Rana is a Canadian citizen of Pakistani origin. He has been a close associate of Pakistani-American terrorist David Coleman Headley in America. David Coleman Headley was a major conspirator of the 26/11 attacks and had conducted a recce (reconnaissance) of several places in mumbai before the attack. Tahawwur Rana was arrested by the US intelligence agency FBI from Chicago in october 2009. He was accused of helping Headley in carrying out terrorist attacks in mumbai and Denmark.
