Disruption in UPI services..!? Reason for that?

Unlike in the past, digital payments have increased in recent times. What does that mean? Meanwhile, UPA services have been frequently disrupted in recent times. If someone is making payments, it does not happen, payments do not happen.  According to the Down Detector website, by 12 noon on Saturday, more than a thousand people had complained about disruptions in UPI services. Recently, UPI services have been frequently disrupted. When a similar situation occurred on march 26, it was said to be due to technical reasons. UPI payments were stopped for a while on april 2.
