Khamenei in fear of Donald Trump's threats!

After US President Donald Trump's threat to iran regarding the nuclear deal, a round of talks has started. However, these talks are being done through Oman. Iran's Foreign Ministry said that both sides started indirect talks through a mediator in Muscat, the capital of Oman.

According to the report of news agency AFP, Iran's Foreign minister met Oman's Foreign minister in Muscat, the capital of Oman, on saturday (April 12, 2025) regarding the nuclear deal. Iran's Foreign minister abbas Araghchi said that the US had called for face-to-face meetings. The Iranian delegation is being led by abbas Araghchi, while from the US side, Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff has been entrusted with the responsibility of this conversation. In a video posted by Iran's state news channel, Araghchi said that our intention is to reach a fair and respectable agreement with an equal position.

Tired of Trump's threats, iran agrees to talks

Fed up with the sanctions imposed by the US and the repeated military threats given under Trump's 'maximum pressure' strategy, Tehran has agreed to the meetings. At the same time, the US, along with Iran's arch enemy Israel, wants to stop Tehran from developing a nuclear bomb at any cost.

'Will also look for other ways to reach an agreement'

In a conversation with the Wall Street Journal, Witkoff said that today our stance starts with the demand for Iran to completely end its nuclear program. He also said that this does not mean that we will not find any other way to reach an agreement between the two countries. He said that where our red line will be, there can be no weaponization of nuclear capability.

Donald trump had said in a conversation with journalists in air Force One that I want iran to become a wonderful, great and happy country, but they cannot have nuclear weapons. ali Shamkhani, an advisor to Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah ali Khamenei, said Tehran is looking for a real and fair deal.

According to a report by news agency AP, Iran's state channel has said that talks will be held again between iran and the US next week regarding Tehran's nuclear deal.
