Liver damage is not solely caused by alcohol.  Overconsumption of these foods can also lead to health issues, including failure, cirrhosis, and fatty liver.

This issue arises when an excessive amount of fat builds up in the liver, impairing its ability to operate. Alcohol is typically held accountable for this. However, some meals can cause liver damage even in those who do not consume alcohol.
 
Foods that cause liver disease
 
Drinks with added sugar
 
Juices, energy drinks, and soda can all contribute significantly to fatty liver. They are high in fructose and sugar, which causes the liver to swell with fat. You may get fatty liver if you consume it daily.
 
Junk food with french fries
 
Burgers, chips, and french fries are examples of fried foods that are high in fat. Trans fats, which build up in the liver and begin to deteriorate it, are abundant in them.
 
Pasta and white bread
 
Fatty liver is also a risk factor for white bread, pasta, and other refined carbs. These foods have very little fiber and a lot of sugar. When this is consumed in excess, liver fat quickly increases.

Dairy goods
 
 Fatty liver is also brought on by dairy products, including butter, cheese, and high-fat milk.  Their high saturated fat content causes the liver to become fatty.
 
Meats that are processed
 
Sausage, bacon, and hot dogs are examples of processed meats that are high in fat and salt. These things raise the risk of fatty liver because they put more strain on the liver.
