Through real-time API connectivity, swiggy will post validated delivery, logistics, and support roles straight onto the NCS portal following the MoU, guaranteeing smooth job postings and applicant tracking. The emphasis will be on inclusive hiring, with specific initiatives to advance chances for women, young people, and flexible workers.

With 40 lakh registered companies and more than 1.25 crore active job seekers, the NCS portal is essential to labor mobilization.
