The dead soldier's shocking return after 16 years..!?

The return of a soldier who was declared dead after 16 years has come as a pleasant surprise to his family. Surinder Singh, a soldier from the kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. He went missing 16 years ago, and the army declared him dead. Following this, his wife was receiving widow pension money. In this situation, Surinder Singh's appearance in the Pathankot court after 16 years has shocked the authorities and the family.
It was revealed that he had been hiding for all these years due to fear of the dowry cruelty case filed by his wife Meena Kumari. Surinder Singh, who wanted to restore his identity after being declared dead by the army, appeared in court. This is when the incident came to light. Surinder told the court that he had lost his old memories due to a road accident in 2009 and that he had regained his memory only recently. He had tried to surrender to the army in 2020, but Surinder said that it could not happen due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus infection.

Regarding this, he said: I was very stressed. My wife had filed a dowry harassment complaint against me and my family. She insulted my work and treated me badly. So, I had no other choice but to leave here. I stayed in railway stations and slums in gujarat and maharashtra for many years. Every time I thought of returning home, my wife's dowry complaint stopped me from doing so. He said this. While the army high command has been ordered to investigate this matter, he has come out on bail and is living with his brother in Kangra. The Pathankot district Judge has ordered daily hearings from the 23rd to conclude the dowry case expeditiously.
