Wife confesses murder
After Raziya, Naushad's wife, was taken into custody by police to be questioned, the inquiry took a sharp turn. She confessed to the crime during questioning and acknowledged having an affair with her nephew by relation, who is currently at large. "She and her lover, her nephew by relation, killed Naushad as he was becoming an obstacle in their illicit relationship," ASP Verma said.
