United States
The attack was described as "deeply disturbing" by US President donald trump, who also stated his strong support for India.  "The united states and india are united in our fight against terrorism." We offer up prayers for the deceased's souls and the wounded's speedy recovery," trump added. He offered prime minister Narendra Modi and the indian people his undivided support and condolences.

Saudi Arabia
In expressing his condolences, Saudi Crown prince Muhammad Bin salman said that his country supports india and is prepared to provide any assistance that may be required.  When the tragedy occurred, prime minister Modi was in Saudi Arabia; he ended his trip early and went back to India.


Russia
 Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, called for justice and denounced the attack as a "brutal crime."  In a letter to the indian President and prime minister, he stated, "We expect that its sponsors and perpetrators will face a deserved punishment."  He reaffirmed Russia's determination to work with india more closely in the fight against terrorism.

Italy

Giorgia Meloni, the prime minister of Italy, also offered her condolences.  "Deeply pained by the terrorist act that occurred today in india, which caused several victims.  She posted on X, saying, "Italy expresses its closeness to the families affected, the injured, the government, and all the indian people."  

United Kingdom
Keir Starmer, the prime minister of the United Kingdom, also denounced the attack.  "Today's terrible terrorist incident in kashmir is absolutely heartbreaking.  I'm thinking of the impacted individuals, their families, and the indian populace," he posted on X. 

Israel
Israel’s prime minister stated, “I am deeply saddened by the barbaric terrorist attack in Pahalgam... israel stands with india in its fight against terrorism.”


UAE
The uae expressed "sincere condolences and sympathy" to the indian government and the victims' families, denouncing the act as "heinous."  It also wished the injured a quick recovery.


Iran 
Iran sent its sympathies to the indian government and people, especially to the dead' families, and wished the injured persons a speedy recovery.  "We extend our heartfelt condolences to the government and people of india, especially to the families of the victims of this attack, and wish a speedy recovery and good health to the injured."
 
Sri Lanka
In addition to expressing "heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims," sri lanka strongly condemned the incident and reaffirmed its commitment to regional peace and the fight against terrorism.
 
France  

Thierry Mathou, the French Ambassador to india, strongly condemned the “dastardly attack” and said france stands in solidarity with india in the fight against terrorism.
