According to the findings of the Special Investigation Team (SIT), Govindappa balaji, the full-time director of Bharathi Cements, was instrumental in the distribution of alcohol kickbacks while the ysr congress Party was in power. According to raj Kesireddy's remand report, investigators discovered that balaji assisted in creating the structure of the liquor fraud and managed money transactions for Jagan's wife Bharathi.
 
The SIT found that distilleries got between 50 and 60 crore rupees each month from entities that received the most booze supply orders. balaji and Krishna mohan reddy, who served as Jagan's OSD, received this money.  To ascertain the eventual beneficiaries and the manner in which the monies were transferred, investigators are currently doing more research.


YS jagan Mohan and his wife YS Bharathi had both Govindappa balaji and Krishna mohan reddy as valued associates.  Balaji, a professional accountant, oversaw Bharathi's financial matters while krishna Mohan was always with Jagan.  The SIT has gathered substantial information regarding the international transfer of these money and has uncovered Balaji's pivotal role in facilitating liquor kickbacks.
 
Numerous money laundering and hawala schemes related to this case have been discovered by the inquiry.  Balaji, who was born in a village close to palamaner in the chittoor district, has been managing finances, purchasing, and IT operations as a full-time director at Bharathi Cements since april 30, 2010.  


Raj Kesireddy, Vasudev reddy, mithun reddy, vijay sai Reddy, Sarjala sridhar reddy, former CMO secretary Dhanunjay reddy, and OSD Krishna mohan reddy are among the people the SIT has previously identified as being part of the conspiracy.  According to the research, they made about 3,200 crore rupees by excluding well-known liquor brands.
