delhi high court on
monday imposed a class on
twitter for not taking voluntary action against an account that allegedly published objectionable content about a Hindu goddess on Twitter. In this case, a bench headed by Justice Acting Vipin Sanghi is hearing the issue of an alleged objectionable post on Maa

Justice Chawla, the judge of the bench, said, "It is a strange situation that you will block

people in other areas of the world. We can say that if such things are done in relation to other religions then you will be more careful more sensitive.
Twitter said, "Cannot block any person and take action against allegedly objectionable material in the absence of a
court order."
