Accounting Staff mass Bunk...!? Shocked Indigo..!

In the highly competitive indian business market, the business can only be sustained by constant business and quality service. At the same time, employee retention has become a major challenge, on the one hand, employees are rapidly shifting to higher-paying jobs amid overpriced, overcrowded jobs. It is in this situation that the employees of India's leading airline indigo are taking mass bunks and taking a single day off. Following the pilots and cabin crew of indigo, the aircraft maintenance technicians (AMTs) who are repairing the planes are going on leave in some important business locations. They have taken a vacation.
IndiGo's aircraft maintenance technicians (AMTs) in hyderabad and delhi have staged a mass strike against their poor salary hike. On top of the poor salary hike, they are still not even getting their pre-coronavirus salary.A few days ago, similarly, indigo pilot and cabin crew employees were retrenched, and the scale of salary hike was revised. Hence AMT employees are also following the same system now.But it is said from IndiGo's side that there was no problem as sufficient employees were appointed on time to the extent that the flight service was not affected. Employee demand has become a major issue as competition in the sector has increased since the Tata Group took over air India.IndiGo is facing major management changes following the exit of CEO Ronojoy Dutta and Chief Commercial Officer Willy Boulder. IndiGo has slashed the salaries of all its employees by up to 28 percent during the coronavirus pandemic, and despite raising them twice, indigo employees are earning 16 percent less than in the pre-corona period.
