In a significant change, amazon CEO Andy Jassy announced that starting next year, all employees must return to the office full-time, five days a week. In his memo, Jassy explained that this move aims to enhance collaboration and connection among staff. Although he has been critical of remote work, employees had previously enjoyed a hybrid model.
