Reasons for women's businesses being small
The MoSPI report has cited some studies to say that women's businesses in developing countries are usually small. There are many reasons for this, because women often face difficulties in taking loans from banks. women are often limited to certain types of businesses, which causes them losses. Apart from this, women also have to face many social and cultural barriers. Due to this, many times women do not have the freedom to take decisions related to their business.
Many times women are not taught the skills necessary to run a business. Due to household and family responsibilities, women do not have enough time to focus on business. Due to all these obstacles, it is a big challenge for women to start a business and make it successful.
