Greater Noida: A surprising incident emerged from Greater noida West, wherein a bmw car worth Rs seventy-two lakh was destroyed because of the builder's negligence on wednesday morning.


The incident that occurred in Eros Sampoornam Society has created an uproar among some of the residents. According to News24 reporter Junaid Akhtar, Vice President of the Society's rental owners association (AOA), Navneet Juneja arrived on the spot and notified the police about the incident.


What exactly came about?


The automobile's sunroof was shattered after a massive piece of plaster broke off and fell over it from the 5th floor. Following the incident, the car's proprietor filed a grievance with the nearby police. Sharing details about the incident, Juneja said that the proprietor is living on the ground floor of the A4 Tower. He recently purchased a new bmw automobile valued at Rs 72 lakh, and its variety was issued on Tuesday. At the time of the incident, no person was passing by; using any other case, there could have been a loss of lives and belongings, he added.


Police Speaks To The Builder


Within the aftermath of the incident, the police spoke to the builder and requested him to pay repayment for the damage brought on to the car. An investigation is underway, and in addition, action could be taken primarily based on the findings.


President of AOA Reacts to Society's Circumstance


The President of the society's AOA, Dipankar Kumar, informed that the condition of the society is bad due to the builder's negligence. The walls, basement, and even the roof need to be repaired. He further cited that the criticism concerning the takeover and handover technique is being heard with the aid of the Greater noida Authority ACEO Saumya Srivastava.
