India's leading renewable energy company Suzlon Energy has shared new information about its order book. The company's order book is currently stable at 5,622 megawatts (MW), while as of january 28, 2025, it was 5,523 MW. However, in the meantime some orders have been canceled and the size of some has been reduced, but due to getting new orders, the company's order book has also registered a slight increase.

Suzlon Energy recently released the results for the October-December 2024 quarter, according to which the company's net worth is Rs 5,000 crore. At the same time, the market capitalization of the company has reached the level of Rs 77,250.20 crore, making it one of the leading renewable energy players in India.
Changes in order book
The company said that many orders have been cancelled in the last few months, while the size of some has been reduced. The company said that Vibrant Energy's order of 99 MW has been done. In fact, this order received on 17 May 2023 will not be taken forward now. At the same time, O2 Power (Teq Green Power XI)'s 201.6 MW order has come down to 100.8 MW. At the same time, now this project will be completed in the name of Solalite Power Pvt. Ltd. Another order of 100.8 MW has also been cancelled. However, despite this, the company's order book has increased by 99 MW due to getting new orders.
Strong monthly returns amid decline
On march 28, Suzlon shares closed at Rs 56.66 with a decline of 0.61 per cent on NSE. However, in the month of march, the company's shares registered a gain of 10.33 percent, giving investors a profit of Rs 5.29 per share. Now investors will be eyeing the performance of Suzlon's stock when the market opens on april 1, because the impact of the order book update can be seen on the share prices.
