Nobody becomes ratan tata just like that... 

The will of the country's well-known late industrialist ratan tata has been revealed. According to this, he has donated a large part of his property. His property worth about Rs 3,800 crore also includes shares of Tata Sons and many other properties. According to the report of Economic Times, he gave most of his property worth Rs 3800 crore to 'Ratan Tata Endowment Foundation' and 'Ratan Tata Endowment Trust', which are engaged in social service related works. Let us tell you that 70 percent of Ratan Tata's stake in Tata Sons has been given to ratan tata Endowment Foundation (RTEF) and the remaining 30 percent stake has been given to ratan tata Endowment Trust (RTET).

Took care of family and friends too

However, while making the will, he also took care of family, close friends and pets. Some of his other assets include bank FDs, watches, paintings, etc., which are worth about Rs 800 crore. He has given a third of this to his two half-sisters - shirin Jejebhoy and Dina Jejebhoy.

The remaining one-third has been given to mohini M Dutta, a former employee of the Tata Group. She was also considered close to Ratan Tata. His will also includes a no-contest clause, under which the person challenging the will will lose all the property and rights given to him in the will. Ratan Tata's brother jimmy Naval, 82, will get a part of the Juhu bungalow. He has also given his close friend Mehli Mistry the Alibaug bungalow along with three guns. One of these is a .25 bore pistol, which he liked very much.

Pets were also taken care of

ratan tata has also set up a fund of Rs 12 lakh for pets, under which each animal will get Rs 30,000 every three months, which will cover their maintenance expenses. Along with this, the education loan of Ratan Tata's manager and personal assistant Shantanu Naikudu and neighbour Jake Mallite has also been waived off.
