Will noel Tata soon shift to Ratan Tata's house on the seashore? 

Ratan Tata's will made a lot of headlines earlier this month. In this, although he donated most of his property for social work, he also took care of his family members, friends, colleagues and pets. After his will, his luxurious bungalow located on the seashore in Colaba is now in the news. Its name is Halekai.

After retiring from Tata Sons in 2012, ratan tata lived here with his beloved German Shepherd and house staff and handled his work of Tata Trust. Now, Tata Trust Chairman and Ratan Tata's step brother noel Tata can come and settle in this bungalow with his family. TOI has mentioned this in one of its reports quoting sources. Currently, noel Tata lives in Windmere, a six-storey building in Mumbai's Cuffe Parade. However, it is being told that he may soon shift to Halekai.

Luxurious bungalow built in 13,350 square feet

Built on a plot of 13,350 square feet, Halekai is a four-storey bungalow owned by Ewart Investments, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. Since the death of ratan tata in october 2024, the house has reportedly been lying vacant. A few days after the death of ratan tata, noel Tata was appointed chairman of Tata Trusts. He owns a 66 percent stake in Tata Sons, the parent company of the Tata Group. noel is also the chairman of Trent and Tata Investment Corporation, managing director of Tata international and vice chairman of Titan Company and Tata Steel.
