Fake certificate on First Aid Training..!?

According to many factory laws in Tirupur, first aid trainees should be employed in companies. During the audit, it was found that forged certificates were being issued in many of these places. In the First Aid Kit, there should not be anything other than first aid supplies.

According to Section 145 of the Factories Act 1950, a person who has received first aid training must be employed. This certificate is also valid for a period of six months only. Similarly, a holder of six consecutive training certificates will be issued a certificate valid for 3 years.This must be followed by all companies employing workers. It has recently come to light that such a certificate has been forged and distributed. This came to light during an audit of the companies' operations. There is confusion as to whether the company certified the untrained persons or whether outsiders forged it.However, no formal information has been received so far, they said. There is no information so far as it is a fake certificate said the person who audit the place. Classes have been suspended, '' they said. This came as a shock to many people over there.
