The accused has been identified as Keshavan. He was recently released from jail in connection with the kidnapping of the same girl. As soon as he was released, he again started chasing the girl.



In Trichy, tamil Nadu, a 16-year-old girl was seriously injured by a 22-year-old man with 14 stabbings. The accused is in love unilaterally with this girl studying in 11th standard. When the girl turned down his offer, he attacked her and fled.




The accused has been identified as Keshavan. He was recently released from jail in connection with the kidnapping of the same girl. As soon as he was released, he again started chasing the girl. The victim is a resident of Athikulam in Trichy. She was on her way to her family's place after the examination was over, when the accused Keshavan stopped her near a railway overbridge and told her that he loved her, but the student turned down his offer. Enraged by this, he took out the knife and inflicted 14 blows on the girl.


Hearing the screams of the victim, passersby reached the spot till then the accused fled after attacking. He had thrown the knife on the spot. Passers-by took the victim to the hospital, where her condition is said to be critical. A family member of the victim told that the accused was following the girl for several days. He also told that Keshavan was arrested in june 2021 under POSCO in connection with the kidnapping of the same girl. He was recently released from jail.


According to the police, the accused is a resident of Pothmettupatti in Trichy. A case has been registered against him. The search is on for the accused. Three teams have been formed to nab him.
